Every piece is made slowly, by hand, in South Kilkenny. Sometimes a piece arrives and it isn't quite right - the length, the weight, the feel of it on. That's alright. Here's how we put it right.

A little time to be sure
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Reach out within that window and I'll take it from there.

How pieces come back
Returned pieces should be unworn, in their original condition, and sent back in their packaging. Because each piece is small and cared for, please keep it that way until you're certain.

Made only for you
Some pieces can't be returned, as they're made to your hand or your initial:

— Made-to-order solid gold
— Remelts and redesigns
— Gift cards
