Every piece is made slowly, by hand, in South Kilkenny. Sometimes a piece arrives and it isn't quite right - the length, the weight, the feel of it on. That's alright. Here's how we put it right.
A little time to be sure
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Reach out within that window and I'll take it from there.
How pieces come back
Returned pieces should be unworn, in their original condition, and sent back in their packaging. Because each piece is small and cared for, please keep it that way until you're certain.
Made only for you
Some pieces can't be returned, as they're made to your hand or your initial:
— Personalised and commissioned pieces
— Made-to-order solid gold
— Remelts and redesigns
— Gift cards
Refunds
Once your piece is back with me and checked over, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 7 working days. Original postage isn't refunded, and return postage is yours to cover.
To start a return
Email me at with your order number and a line about what you'd like to do. I'll send return details by reply.
If something isn't right
If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, tell me within a few days of it landing and I'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Posting from outside Ireland
International returns are welcome within the same window. Return postage and any customs charges are the sender's, unless the piece was faulty.

Prefer a different size or piece? Say so in your email and we'll arrange it simply.
